Doesn't matter if you're Mo Farah or running after the school drop-off... running is always a challenge.
The business problem. Brooks have a superior product, but consideration is too low when runners are trying new shoes.
Our challenge. Design and build a loyalty rewards programme to increase runner engagement.
Our answer. Brooks Run Club (BRC)... bank runs, earn strides, get rewards.
The results. More sign-ups than you can shake a stick at. Client is proper happy.
