What are the category dynamics?
US-based behemoths Trek, Giant and Specialized have been charging a fortune for bikes for years. UK-based brands such as Raleigh and Brompton focus on their niches. But it's tough.
Mango had been nibbling around the top 15 for a few years.
We started working together in 2021, and their challenge to us; get us in the UK's top 10. With competitors outspending them 40:1, they've had to focus on out-thinking the competition, because they sure-as-shizzer can't outspend them!
